All teachers must give a written final exam on the day/time scheduled below. Exceptions must be approved in the principal's office. I am not allowing students to take exams early due to vacations.
Attached please find the following forms to be completed by all teachers:
1. Check-Out List for Teachers (please note deadline)
2. Southern Association Equivalent Credit
3. Summer Maintenance Request
4. Personnel Evaluation cover sheet [Draft attached. Your AP (Cycle 2) or Steve or Maurice (Cycle 1) will give you a green cover sheet at checkout.]

12:00 3rd Block (Exam)
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch: (Wed. B lunch duty teachers) Students who drive may leave at 12:00. Bus riders will remain
until after lunch
Thursday, May 22, 2008:
7:35 – 8:50 1st Block: check roll, review for exam, locker clean out, and book return. Students remain in 1st hour until their class is called to go to the library to return texts. There will be many intercom announcements during this time. This is not a good time to begin your test. First block conference teachers, please plan to help monitor halls and with book collection in the library.
8:50 - 10:50 1st Block (Exam; Do not begin early. No students out.)
10:50 - 11:30 Lunch: (lunch duty for Thursday teachers who did NOT have morning duty) Students who drive may leave at 10:50. Bus riders will remain until after lunch. Teachers who are off first block: Please be available to briefly relieve 1st block teachers, if necessary, since they do not have a scheduled break. Teachers are expected to remain at school until regular dismissal time on May 20, 21, and 22.
Students must stay until the bell to end 1st block sounds at 10:50. Please encourage all students to turn in their books with Mrs. Fontenot as soon as possible. Also, encourage them to clean out their lockers throughout exams to help reduce the number of students in the halls on the last day.
Please plan ahead so that you can follow the schedule below for turning in grades. Grades must be turned in ON OR BEFORE the date and times indicated.
4th Block Exam Grades: 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21
2nd and 3rd Exam Grades: 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 22
1st Block Exam Grades: 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22
All verifications must be done immediately upon receipt and returned to the registrar at once on Thursday, May 22. Everyone must stay on campus at all times on this day so that grades can be finalized.
Friday, May 23, is our Records Day. Holly Eubanks will assign you to specific areas to report to stuff envelopes. Teachers may not leave that day until all records are checked and report cards/prep week letters are stuffed and ready to be mailed. Do NOT make plans to leave early. If we all work together, we may finish sooner. Please be cooperative and assist in any way possible.
